I moved to La Junta 9 years ago to work for the 16th Judicial District as a Deputy District Attorney.  Prior to this, I worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Meeker, Colorado.   Prior to working in as deputy district attorney, I worked in Boulder, Colorado in the City Attorneys office and for Park City, Utah’s City Attorney to re-write land use codes.   I also served as a pro-bono judge in small claims court.

I have been married for almost 20 years and have four wonderful children, 2 married adults living on their own and 2 children living at home.  I am an avid cyclist and enjoy cross country skiing.
